🔁 Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been started editing or shipped yet.

After Shipment:

Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
💸 Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:

Order Cancelled Before processing :
Full refund to your original payment method. -
Product Received Damaged or Defective:
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Wrong Item Delivered:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photo proof.
- We will arrange for pickup and replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
📦 Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items
- Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless damaged or defective.
- Items returned without original packaging or signs of use will not be accepted.
